Vendors

The System Vendors page provides a system-specific view of the vendors associated with the active system. The page is available under Governor and displays vendors that are associated with the currently selected system.

View System Vendors

The page displays the associated vendors as vendor tiles. Only vendors linked to the active system are shown. Selecting a vendor allows users to view detailed information about the vendor, including:

• Vendor details
• Associated contracts
• Supporting evidence, when available
• Other systems associated with the vendor

The list of associated systems provides visibility into other AI systems within Pacific AI that use or are connected to the same vendor.

Vendor Information

The System Vendors page is intended for viewing vendor information in the context of the active system. Users can review vendor details, contracts, evidence, and associated systems, but vendor information cannot be modified from this page.

To make changes to vendor information or manage vendor relationships, users should use the appropriate vendor management functionality available under the organization-level vendor section as Governance Officer or Vendor Manager.
